We are hiring!
We are seeking an experienced PRODUCER to join our team.
A key member of TJAC’s core team, the Producer will lead on strategic delivery of our diverse range of ambitious and exciting new projects from 2026, including a UK tour, a new theatre commission, international development of new work, community projects and digital outputs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, highly organised, solution-driven producer confident in managing projects from concept through to delivery. You will lead produce the creation of original work for diverse UK and international audiences with a strong commitment to access and inclusivity.
Applications close 10am Monday 2 February 2026. Successful shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an initial interview on 5 or 6 February 2026. There may be a second round of interviews on w/c 9 February 2026.
